While using the service, the following data may be processed:

  • authentication, session and security data;
  • operational data entered by the user (scouting/reports/in-app activities);
  • administrative billing and payment data;
  • technical, audit and security logs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed for:

  • performance of the contract and provision of the SaaS service;
  • legal and tax obligations;
  • security, abuse prevention and protection of the service (legitimate interest);
  • any communications that are not strictly necessary, only where consent has been requested.

4. Recipients and processors

Data may be processed by technical providers appointed as data processors (hosting, e-mail, payments, infrastructure tools) to the extent necessary to provide the service.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Where some providers process data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place in compliance with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.

6. Retention

Data is retained for the time necessary for the purposes indicated and in compliance with the applicable regulatory obligations.

Tax and accounting data is retained for the periods required by law. Security and audit logs are retained according to internal minimisation policies.

7. Rights of the data subject

The user may exercise the rights provided for by the applicable privacy legislation (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent where given) within the limits of the law.
