2. Subject of the service

Osservatore is SaaS software for football scouting, accessible through an account. The features available depend on the active plan and on the user role.

3. Pre-contractual information (art. 49 of the Italian Consumer Code)

Before the order is confirmed, the following are clearly shown: characteristics of the service, total price, duration, renewal, payment methods, withdrawal and support.

If the purchase is made online with an obligation to pay, the order confirmation button clearly states that the user must pay (art. 51, paragraph 2, of the Italian Consumer Code).

4. Prices, renewal and invoicing

The standard offer is a monthly subscription of EUR 9.90 with automatic renewal unless cancelled. Access includes full use of the service.

Any promotions or free trial periods (for example 30 days) are shown at checkout before confirmation.

Prices, applicable taxes and currency are always summarised at checkout before payment.

  • Payment in advance for the reference period.
  • In the event of non-payment the service may be suspended.
  • Invoices are issued in electronic format in accordance with the applicable legislation.

5. Right of withdrawal

If the customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw within 14 days in the cases provided for by law (art. 52 of the Italian Consumer Code).

For digital services/content already performed, withdrawal may not apply when performance begins at the user's express request with acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal within the limits of the law (art. 59).

6. Duration, cancellation and termination

The user may cancel the automatic renewal from the subscription management area. Cancellation takes effect from the end of the period already paid for, unless otherwise provided by law.

7. Permitted use

Use of the service is permitted exclusively for lawful activities consistent with the features made available.

8. Intellectual property

All rights to the software, interface, texts, graphics, database and content of Osservatore are reserved.

  • Copying the service in whole or in part without authorisation is prohibited.
  • Unauthorised distribution, resale or sublicensing is prohibited.
  • Reverse engineering is prohibited, except within the limits of the law.

9. Account and security

Each user is responsible for their access credentials and for the actions carried out through their account.

10. Limitation of liability

Osservatore is provided "as is" without any guarantee of continuous availability or absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data arising from the use of the service.

11. Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated over time. The version published on this page is the one valid as of the date indicated.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For anything not provided for, the regulations in force apply, including mandatory consumer protections.

If the customer is a consumer, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile remains competent where provided for by the legislation.
